Camera, zoomed at 70x optical, standing still mounted on a tripod except for few pans from one portion of the skies to another. This will say, most of the motion in this video is a proper motion of the objects filmed, the clouds and the spheres. These spherical UFOs are known historically as Foo Fighters and numerous sightings of them were reported by both, Allied and Axis pilots during the WW2.
