Expert Nick Pope, who probed UFO sightings for the MoD, said: “This is one of the best videos I’ve seen. It could be a new drone – that might explain the military jets. “But you don’t normally test-fly secret projects in daylight. Alternatively, this could be the real thing – a UFO in our airspace and military aircraft scrambled to intercept, probably due to it being tracked on radar.” The MoD refused to comment on the alleged sighting, but confirmed it would scramble jets to meet an air threat. West Midlands Police said: “We are not aware of any reports of unidentified aircraft near the M5.”
Coast To Coast AM Saturday March 3rd, 2007 In the first hour, Art chatted with Whitley Strieber about the current UFO flap. Strieber commented on the recent Chicago O’Hare Airport UFO sighting, and said that famous comedic actor Dan Aykroyd claims to have video of the incident. Strieber also touched on Roswell, UFO activity in Iran, alien abductee Jim Sparks, and computer hacker Gary McKinnon, who Strieber said found what appeared to a list of names of extraterrestrial craft after breaking into US government computer systems. Nick Pope, who used to run the British Government’s UFO Project, joined Art for the remainder of the program for a discussion about the current state of ufology and various UFO cases that he has studied. Pope shared his thoughts about the Rendlesham Forest Incident from December 1980. He said UK and US researchers are now wondering why General Gabriel, Commander-in-Chief of the United States Air Forces in Europe, visited Bentwaters shortly after the Rendlesham event. Gabriel may have taken documents pertaining to the incident, Pope speculated. Pope talked about the Cosford UFO Incident from March 1993, when a series of UFO sightings took place and were witnessed by more than a hundred people in the UK. The UFO was even seen flying over RAF bases, he explained. Pope called the incident “the most compelling case he came across.” Pope also provided details about the Ministry of Defence’s 2001-2002 remote viewing study. More Info & Links: www …
